Seller Agreement

AfroMarket · Najite Africa Solutions Ltd · Version 2026-08-14

Terms for sellers using AfroMarket, operated by Najite Africa Solutions Ltd.

Verification

A seller must complete approved identity, contact, payout-account, and—when trading as a company—business verification. The seller must keep these details current.

Listings

Listings must be lawful, truthful, available, accurately priced, and supported by original photos and complete condition, warranty, delivery, and restriction information.

Fulfillment

Sellers must dispatch within the displayed handling period, use the buyer address only for fulfillment, provide tracking where available, and cooperate with cancellation, return, refund, and safety investigations.

Fees and settlement

The platform commission and provider charges are disclosed before activation. Settlement occurs after the buyer accepts the item, or after a displayed inspection period following verified delivery with no issue or return. Seller-entered shipping dates never start settlement or return clocks. Settlement may be held or reversed for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or legal obligations.

Records

Sellers must keep appropriate transaction, sourcing, tax, licence, and warranty records and supply them when reasonably required for a complaint or compliance review.

Objectionable content and abusive behaviour

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on AfroMarket. Listings, images, and messages must not be harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent or graphic, defamatory, or reveal another person's private information. Listing text is screened automatically, and reports are actioned within 24 hours by removing the content and suspending or banning the account responsible.
