The buyer must provide a recipient, Nigerian phone number, house or building, street or landmark, city, LGA or locality, and state. Postcode is optional where unavailable.
Any delivery charge and estimate must be shown before payment. Estimates are not guarantees, but sellers and delivery partners must provide timely, accurate updates.
Sellers must provide the carrier and tracking reference when available. A seller's dispatch declaration is not proof of carrier movement or delivery. Delivery may be verified by signed carrier updates, reconciliation, a buyer-controlled handoff PIN, or the buyer's own acceptance.
Support will coordinate a retry, collection, return, or refund when delivery fails. Additional charges cannot be imposed unless disclosed and accepted.
